1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the YouthTyping software and its associated web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our software.

2. Software License

YouthTyping grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Premium features are unlocked via a valid License Key, which is securely linked to your hardware ID. A single license key may only be active on one device at a time, unless otherwise specified in your specific plan tier.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your purchased License Keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely via external payment gateways (such as Cashfree). By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid and updated payment information. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though active subscription lengths will be honored.

5. Limitation of Liability

YouthTyping is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall YouthTyping be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
