Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Because YouthTyping provides access to digital software and instantly generated License Keys upon successful payment, all sales are considered final once a license key has been generated and issued to your account.
2. Refund Eligibility
We will only issue refunds under the following strict conditions:
- If your payment was successfully deducted but a license key was never generated due to a server error.
- If there is a critical, reproducible technical fault in the software that prevents it from functioning on supported operating systems, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
3. Cancellation
You may choose to stop using the software at any time. However, cancelling your account or deleting the software does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining duration of your active license key.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please contact our support team at support@youthtyping.com within 3 days of your purchase. Please include your Order ID, Payment ID, and registered email address. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
